Police Pension Board

This Board is comprised of a representative of the Police Department, a member of the Board of Commissioners and a resident of the community. Each member serves for four years.

This Board primarily serves to oversee the management of police pension funds. Meeting are generally quarterly to review and discuss strategies and to authorize any changes that the Pension Fund Manager may suggest.

A background in the investment field is helpful. A professional management company initiates and completes al investments. This manager explains all strategies, risks and rewards to the Board for their approval.

The Whitehall Township Police Pension Fund is managed by the Cornerstone Group of Bethlehem, PA.
